Roshira Insights
Illuminating the path to better access to care.
Roshira Insights helps hospitals and health systems improve patient access, capacity management, patient flow, and transfer center operations — connecting clinical operations, technology, data, and real-world implementation into practical, sustainable change.
The challenge
A bed on a dashboard isn’t the same as a bed a patient can reach.
Health systems are balancing workforce pressure, financial constraints, rising demand, and growing technological complexity. When workflows are fragmented or accountability is unclear, delays occur even when everyone is working hard.
Patient flow is more than a bed-counting exercise. Staffing, diagnostics, discharge readiness, transportation, physician decisions, and post-acute options all determine whether capacity is genuinely available. Roshira Insights builds the clinically led operating models — shared measures, standard work, and clear decision rights — that turn information into action.

About Jessica
Built from the bedside to the boardroom.
As a child, Jessica’s family sometimes traveled hours to reach specialized care unavailable close to home. That early experience shaped a career spent inside healthcare’s most complex access problems — from bedside nursing to hospital operations, transfer center leadership, and Epic-enabled transformation.
Today, as Founder & Principal Advisor of Roshira Insights, she brings nearly two decades of frontline and executive experience to organizations working to close the same gaps she spent her career closing.
