About Jessica
Built from the bedside to the boardroom.
As a child, Jessica’s family sometimes traveled hours to reach specialized care unavailable close to home. That early experience shaped a career spent inside healthcare’s most complex access problems — from bedside nursing to hospital operations, transfer center leadership, and Epic-enabled transformation.
Today, as Founder & Principal Advisor of Roshira Insights, she brings nearly two decades of frontline and executive experience to organizations working to close the same gaps she spent her career closing.
